Suspension Installation
We install auxiliary air suspensions on the front axle (Fiat 244, 250) and on the rear axle, using our own AMR Kit and kits developed by us. In the event that there is no suitable kit for your vehicle, we make it to measure.
Processing of approvals
Today, the installation of an additional air suspension is considered a major overhaul. Therefore, it is necessary to approve it through an inspection at the ITV, where a series of documentation will be required.
We have a functional approval which could be provided the same day of its installation.
For vehicles that do not have ABS, we offer you the option of carrying out the individualized project with us.
PBX programming
We reprogrammed the ECU switchboards.
We increase the power of your vehicle by reducing the consumption of 1 to 1.5 liters per 100 km in diesel engines.
R&D (Research and Development)
We have developed air suspension kits for most motorhomes, Alko chassis, Fiat, Renault, Ford, Mercedes. The kits come with digital or analog display. Digital kits are controlled by operational or microprocessor. The control parameters can be modified with a computer through a USB port.
Since 2008 Miguel Angel Moliner Sarralde, an engineer with a proven experience of 40 years of profession, has been collaborating with us and researching air suspension for motorhomes.
He is the author of articles such as “Why and what for air suspensions / Part 1 and Part 2”. It has developed different electronic circuits to control the pressures and level of the vehicle, making us the only ones in Spain that manufacture the mechanics and electronics of pneumatic suspensions.
